So even people that dont really give a shit about baseball love going to Wrigley.

Franks sums up why one would be a Cubs fan very well here. half of Cub fans can be described this way. I go to wrigley too, as I love beer and half naked hot chicks. But I am a Whitesox fan, as I do GIVE A SHIT about baseball. :)

Its sad but many look as at a trip to Wrigley as a vacation. A reason to get hammered and act like idiots. But as many drunken idiots that are at Wrigley I never remember idiots running on the field and attacking an umpire or a 1st base coach. When I was a kid Comiskey was the outdoor beer garden. Drunken fights everywhere. No on went to Wrigley. During the school year you could pay for an upperdeck ticket then sit behind the dugout because they would close the upperdeck. !984 ruined all that

You and many others until the incredible 98 season. Football fan? Whatcha gonna do when there is a stopage in football? Cuz thats coming sooner than you think. Give up the grudge. Its been 14 years. In my mind it is the greatest sport ever invented. An individual and a team sport all rolled into one.
