I actually noticed that it works if the quote is on the same page as the comment box, but it will not work if it is on a previous page (with or without DodgingDonkeys idea for fixing it). Figure that one out - I'm going back to bed. -

Kodachi, yes, that is what was determined in my original post. The comment box only appears on the last page of the thread. This is why quoting does not work on page 3 of a 4 page thread. Scuba's (DodgingDonkeys) "fix" was not a fix at all. It was only a response to my question about how to get at the offending javascript code to see what the actual error was. The only other thing offered was a workaround which includes copying and pasting from the previous page and manually adding the "quote" and "cite" tags.

This is directed to those that maintain this website Kodi. This error is an easy fix. However, given how long it took for this forum to get back online, i doubt there is a QA department we can complain to. :) -
