    And that answers my question about how they can enforce this how?....they really can't, hence why millions of people in the U.S. not only continue to play online poker, but are involved in online casinos and sports betting. As Areaman stated earlier, there's a much high chance that BP would get shut down then somebody actually getting prosecuted for online gaming, especially considering that UIGEA doesn't define exactly what online gaming means.

    Well, really i was just joking around. But in honesty, you are still documenting activity that is in a grey area of legality, that can lead to two years in prison. What are the odds? yes, i totally agree with you on the probability. Just sucks when that 1 in 1000 chance hits you, and we have to visit your ass in the clink eh? :)


    Again im just joking around. Feel free to openly talk about all your illegal activities. Im no lawyer, and dont know what an admission of guilt on an online forum means in law terms.

    meh, napster sent me an email way back in the day that theyd file suit if i didnt delete something, i just moved it and then tehy kicked me off their servers.
