I appreciate your humbling post. As I have had decent recent success since I started playing 3-4 nights a week, I've kept myself under control from getting overly-cocky. In my personal opinion, you have to be confident to win in this game.
Not sure about VFW's blind structure... that tourney requires you to get chips early or shove. Unfortunately I only lasted 26 minutes on Tuesday. Top two pair (A 10) was crushed on the river by a set of 9s (villain holding 99). *PUKE*
Anyone up for a $75 bounty? $50 to the prize pool, $25 on each player's head... tourney is at 2:00 at Player's. Hopefully see some of you there. -
