well i didnt win what... is this...like 13 buy ins in under an hour for no reason.
also, as you probably notice, and or know, my style has always been bit high variance.
but if youre interested at working on your PLO then i suggest going and playing against these clowns, i cant imagine they are too far different from the people that play PLO at bp. -

Yes, that guy was god awful. Thats obvious. But that guy didnt post the hand, areaman did. So ... something that seems inconsistent here:

This guy obviously didnt need much to put all that money in. And I find it hard to believe he is in the minority. Thats why I was asking, why are you 3-betting with this starting hand? -

what do you mean? the majority of the money went in when he had the 2nd nuts...he got himself coolered by playing poorly.
the fact that he was running me down with the 2nd nuts is altogether another story.
why am i 3 betting with this starting hand?
a) take the lead, set up a bluff, yeah, he didnt need to put in that much money, refer to point to above..sometimes he doesnt hit the 2nd nuts on the turn and c/fs
b) deception
c) my hand has more value than you obviously know -

People should be raising more of their range in PLO, and three-betting more of their range in PLO. So many people are content to simply play their hands, when there is a ton of value to being an aggro chicken because there are so many PLO players who fall into one of two categories:
1. Will never lay down a hand
2. Will lay down a lot of big hands
As long as you know who you are up against, you can make a lot in PLO with jamming the pot in the right spot. And I think it's profitable to three bet both kinds of players with a wide variety of hands for different reasons entirely. I agree with Areaman here, I like the three-bet a lot in this spot at a six-max table...it just so happened that he flopped the nuts.
Bingomon, are you really going to disagree with how horrible the villain played the hand? It is pretty damn funny. -

i can tell bingomon is a genius already.
and obv none of you ever play 6 max plo...why wouldnt the nut straight hold against a hand i have drawing to perfect running cards on the flop? funny most of the money went in on the turn too when i had him drawing DEAD. -
